      The development of the project for two new lines of the Yekaterinburg metro will be handled by the Moscow company "Ingeokom." This information was confirmed by the press service of the Yekaterinburg administration "KP-Yekaterinburg."

      The company won the competition for the preparation of project documentation. Specialists will work on options for extending the existing metro line, as well as constructing a new branch in one of the city's districts. After that, the authorities will determine the most suitable solution.

      The city hall clarified that the contract with the contractor is planned to be signed in the coming weeks. The preparation of the project is expected to be completed by spring 2027.

      Previously, "Ingeokom" participated in the construction of a section of the Moscow metro that connects the network with the business center "Moscow-City."
