Her mother filmed her sitting by the window: in the Sverdlovsk city, a 2-year-old girl fell to her death.

      In Sredneuralsk, a 2-year-old girl fell from the fifth floor window and died. It all happened during the day on July 14. Her 20-year-old mother was at home at the time. A friend of the girl reported that the mother had posted a video shortly before the incident, showing the little girl sitting on the windowsill.

      — The mother was just lying down and filming her daughter sitting by the open window, and two hours later the girl fell. I know that her mother often drank, — a family acquaintance told the publication "KP-Ekaterinburg."

      The press secretary of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Sverdlovsk region, Valery Gorelykh, clarified that the girl was born into a single-parent family. The mother and daughter were living in a dormitory.

      — The child asked for a drink. The mother went to the kitchen for water, and when she returned, she saw that the girl was flying down. The victim died before the ambulance arrived, — emphasized Colonel Gorelykh.

      The Investigative Committee has opened a criminal case under the article "Causing death by negligence." Law enforcement officials are questioning witnesses and clarifying all the circumstances of the tragedy. It is also known that in February of this year, the girl's mother was held administratively responsible for improper upbringing of her own child.
