The Administrative Commission of the Oktyabrsky District imposed a fine of 150,000 rubles in December 2025 for a Volkswagen Polo, owned by the "Delimobil" service and parked on the lawn.
PJSC "Carsharing Russia" appealed the decision in court, claiming that at the time of the violation, the car was under lease based on a contract.
However, the court noted that the lease agreement was terminated at 18:51, while the violation was recorded at 19:30, that is, after the car was returned to the lessor. Furthermore, the company did not ensure the presence of the lessee to provide testimony, and the existence of contractual mechanisms for recovering damages from users does not exempt the legal entity from public legal responsibility.
PJSC "Carsharing Russia" also did not provide the court with evidence of taking all necessary measures to comply with the parking ban in green zones.
The imposed penalty in the form of a fine was deemed by the court to be appropriate to the severity of the offense.
