Specialists are assessing the condition of the railway infrastructure and rolling stock at the site. Specialized equipment has been deployed to eliminate the consequences of the accident.
The Perm transport prosecutor's office has organized an inspection regarding the incident. Trains No. 72 "Saint Petersburg - Yekaterinburg," No. 2 "Moscow - Vladivostok," and No. 802 "Perm - Yekaterinburg" will now travel through the stations Chusovskaya and Nizhny Tagil, returning to the main route at the Yekaterinburg station. Passengers whose transport has been delayed for more than 4 hours will be provided with meals at the Yekaterinburg, Perm, and Shuvakish stations.
