      Minors on mopeds and quad bikes have taken over the paths of the "Pyshminskie Ozerki" park in Elmas, a resident of the neighborhood told the public group "Evil Yekaterinburg 18+."

      Motorcycles and quad bikes driven by teenagers are racing right on the pedestrian health trail, the woman reported. She filmed a couple who, according to her, attempted to run over a pedestrian three times on July 19. In response to her remark, the female passenger, apparently a schoolgirl, started making faces, while the electric bicycle driver demonstratively continued riding.

      "In this park, motorcycles and quad bikes are constantly driving around; all the side paths are impassable, and the paths around the lakes themselves have turned into impenetrable mud," the woman reported.

      "Some kind of lawlessness is happening; you can't walk peacefully anywhere anymore. On the streets, minors are riding scooters, and motorcycles are racing on the pedestrian health trail. Where can you walk safely? Without looking back and fearing that some minor will crash into you?" one of the users of the public group addressed the responsible authorities in the comments.

      Notably, a girl claiming to be the very passenger commented. She justified her behavior by saying she didn't see any signs in the park prohibiting entry. In response, she was reminded that riding a moped without a license before the age of 16 is prohibited anywhere.
