      A resident of Yekaterinburg, Anna, complained that an unknown man slashed the tires of her friend's bicycle in front of him. The incident occurred on Monday, July 27, at the "ZhiznMart" store, as reported by the public page "Evil Yekaterinburg," citing the woman.

      As Anna, the teenager's mother, recounted, her child and a friend stopped by the "ZhiznMart" store at Malysheva, 42, around 9:00 PM. Anna's son arrived on a bicycle, while his friend came on a scooter.

      "After leaving the bicycle at the entrance, the child went to the restroom and to buy water. The friend was waiting next to the bike and his scooter. An unknown person approached and simply slashed the tires," the public page relayed the mother's words.

      The friend of the bicycle owner managed to capture the man's actions on video. The family has filed a report with the police.
