The movement of scooters in Yekaterinburg will be prohibited in several areas.

      On City Day, scooter traffic will be temporarily restricted in two sections of the street and road network. Scooter-sharing operators have confirmed their readiness to ensure a complete blockage of rented electric scooters:

      — from 00:10 on August 1 to 05:00 on August 2 within the boundaries of the streets Chelyuskintsev - Moskovskaya - Malysheva - Karl Liebknecht - Nikolai Nikonov - Krasny Lane;

      — from 16:00 to 23:00 on August 1 within the boundaries of the streets Chkalova - Academician Parin - Wilhelm de Gennin - Academician Sakharov Avenue.

      In addition to temporary restrictions, a permanent SIM prohibition zone continues to operate in Yekaterinburg. It covers:

      — the block of central streets: Vainera - Anton Valek - Chemikov Lane - Gorkogo - Pushkina - Malysheva;

      — the odd side of Lenin Avenue, from Bazhova to Kuznechnaya;

      — the odd side of Kuznechnaya Street, from Lenin Avenue to Pervomayskaya;

      — the even side of Pervomayskaya Street, from Kuznechnaya to Bazhova;

      — the even side of Bazhova Street, from Pervomayskaya to Lenin Avenue;

      — the even side of Vostochnaya Street, from Lenin Avenue to Malysheva;

      — the even side of Brothers Bykovykh Street, from Spanish Workers to Chelyuskintsev.

      All types of personal mobility devices fall under the signs: rented and personal electric scooters, segways, monowheels, hoverboards, and electric bicycles.
