The police in Thailand explained why the motorcycle of the murdered brother and sister was buried in the ground by the criminal.

      A Thai man accused of the particularly brutal murder of Russians Nazimov has no ties to organized crime and is not part of criminal clans (as previously reported); he is a petty failure, not a mafia member, said Thailand's Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Anutin Charnvirakul at a briefing at a police station in Pattaya.

      The main suspect in the murder in Pattaya of the young brother and sister from the Tyumen region, Thanakettong, known as Pong, is considered "unshakeable" even in criminal circles. This was reported to RIA Novosti by the investigative department of the Huai Yai police station.

      At the same time, due to his unpredictable brutality, he managed to subjugate several former cellmates, they noted.

      "Before killing my neighbors, a family of three, Pong raped a minor girl in front of her parents, who were tied up. Then he shot all three of them with the same gun he used to kill the Russian boy. He confessed this during the night interrogation," said a woman who provided witness testimony, as reported by RIA Novosti.

      "In the criminal communities of Pattaya, no one wants to associate with this person or do business with him; he is a completely 'crazy' criminal living his own separate life, and at the same time, a failure," the investigators told RIA Novosti.

      After brutally killing two people to seize their motorcycle, Pong was unable to sell it and therefore buried it in a partially disassembled state in the ground.

      "Not because it would be easier to hide it from the police, but because Pong couldn't sell it for parts and didn't know what to do with it," explained a Thai operative, referring to the interrogation of Pong himself and his acquaintance, a previously convicted owner of a motorcycle repair shop.

      The friend suspected that these parts came to Pong as a result of some crime and refused to buy them.

      "This does not negate the fact that he is deadly dangerous," noted the head of the Thai government after a meeting with the leadership of the national police and investigators. Anutin Charnvirakul promised journalists that he and his staff would do everything possible to ensure that those involved in the massacre of the Russians would not have a legal chance to be released on bail during the investigation.

      There are two criminal cases: one for murder and one for concealing the bodies of the Russians and the Thai family. The Criminal Code of the kingdom provides for the death penalty for the committed acts.
