Sverdlovsk enterprises will be required to employ participants of the Special Military Operation.
The deputies of the Legislative Assembly of the Sverdlovsk Region, at the final meeting of the eighth convocation, adopted amendments to the regional law on employment. According to the new regulations, enterprises with more than 100 employees will be required to allocate jobs for participants of the special military operation.
As explained by the chairwoman of the Legislative Assembly, Lyudmila Babushkina, the quota will be 1% of the average number of employees. In her opinion, regional businesses are ready to meet the new requirements.
— The law establishes a norm that enterprises with more than 100 employees must accept participants of the special military operation — one percent of the workforce. I believe all enterprises will be ready, — Babushkina's words are reported by "Signal Ural."
