Vyacheslav B., a student at the Yekaterinburg construction technical school who worked part-time driving a company car for food delivery, met Anna on "VKontakte" in mid-September 2024. At that time, the guy was 19, and his girlfriend was 15, the publication reports.

On November 20, Anna told the guy that she had a fight with her parents. After his shift, he bought some beer, picked up his girlfriend, and they went for a ride. According to the girl's testimony, she got drunk (drank 3 liters that evening) and fell asleep right in the car.
Anna reported that she had been raped to her mother a month later when she realized that her period had not come on time, as previously reported by "KP-Yekaterinburg." The guy's mother, in turn, claims that her son and Anna lived together for some time in an apartment owned by his family, but Vyacheslav allegedly kicked the girl out for smoking.
Anna testified that the guy raped her right in the car on the side of some highway in the woods and later blackmailed her with photos taken there. The demand was for them to live together in a free apartment. The money received from Anna for housing, 10,000 rubles, Vyacheslav transferred to his mother.
The investigation determined through geolocation that Vyacheslav's car stopped and parked at the entrance to the Shartash Forest Park. In June, the Sverdlovsk Regional Court upheld Vyacheslav's sentence under part 3 of Article 131 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Rape of a Minor") in the form of 8 years in a strict regime colony. During the investigation, Vyacheslav was also deprived of his driver's license for drunk driving. The guy did not admit his guilt in the rape.
