The State Traffic Inspectorate of Yekaterinburg summarized the results of the preventive measure "Stop-Control," which was conducted last Friday, August 7, in the territory of the Ural capital.
The preventive measure "Stop-Control" was carried out by the State Traffic Inspectorate in conjunction with the patrol and post service of the police.
During the raid, 13 serious violations of traffic rules were identified and suppressed. The following individuals were held administratively liable:
1 driver, operating a vehicle without a driving license - under part 1 of article 12.7 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Russian Federation;
3 drivers, operating a vehicle with tinting that does not meet the requirements of the technical regulation (including 1 - a requirement was issued to cease illegal actions) - under part 3.1 of article 12.5 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Russian Federation;
2 drivers, not using seat belts - under article 12.6 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Russian Federation;
2 drivers, transporting children without child restraint devices - under part 3 of article 12.23 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Russian Federation;
1 driver, operating an unregistered vehicle - under part 1 of article 12.1 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Russian Federation;
2 drivers, operating vehicles with defects that prohibit operation (except for tinting) - under part 1 of article 12.5 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Russian Federation;
2 drivers, operating a vehicle without the documents required by the traffic rules - under parts 1 and 2 of article 12.3 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Russian Federation.
