The Sverdlovsk teachers who prepared a record number of students with perfect scores on the Unified State Exam have been named.
Graduates of the Sverdlovsk region received 289 perfect scores on the Unified State Exam (USE) this year. This is almost twice as many as the previous year: in 2025, there were 163 such results.
The highest number of perfect scores was achieved in literature—101 results. The top five subjects also included physics—56 perfect scorers, chemistry—37, Russian language—35, and computer science—23.
The number of graduates receiving medals has also increased. This year, there are 2986 compared to 2470 the previous year.
Among the teachers who prepared the most perfect scorers was Igor Borodin, a physics teacher at Lyceum No. 130 in Yekaterinburg. This year, his students achieved the maximum score on the USE ten times.
Five perfect scorers were prepared by Lyubov Tolmacheva, a physics teacher at Gymnasium No. 9 in Yekaterinburg, and another four by Natalia Vdovina, a mathematics teacher at the same gymnasium.
Three students with a score of 100 were prepared by Tatyana Rusinova, a chemistry and biology teacher at Lyceum No. 130 in Yekaterinburg, Irina Mankova, a physics teacher at Lyceum No. 12, Anastasia Podkorykina, a literature teacher at Gymnasium No. 210 "Koryfei," and Svetlana Klimkina, a literature teacher at Gymnasium No. 2.
Four more teachers had two perfect scorers each: Olga Ozhigova from School No. 22 in Verkhnyaya Pyshma, Svetlana Vagina from School No. 4 in Verkhnyaya Pyshma, Vitaly Meshcheryakov, and Yuri Pavlov from School No. 7 in Pervouralsk.
