In the Sverdlovsk sanatorium, a bear approached people.

In the "Silver Meridian" sanatorium near Severouralsk, a bear approached people.

      — A wild bear came in search of food to the territory of the sanatorium and conducted an inspection of the trash bins in front of the vacationers. The incident nearly ended in disaster: a little girl nearby mistook the predator for a harmless pet and asked the adults for permission to pet the animal, reports "Vedomosti Ural."

Zoologists explain such visits as a consequence of large-scale floods that have destroyed traditional food sources and flooded natural habitats. Earlier, we reported how a bear broke into a tent and mauled a young tourist in Altai.
