The activities of a dental office found guilty of violating sanitary norms have been suspended for 90 days in Kamensk-Uralsky, the press service of the Main Department of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia for the Sverdlovsk region reported on Friday.
The executive document on the suspension of the activities of the dental office "Stoma-lux" for 90 days was received by the Krasnogorsk district department of bailiffs in Kamensk-Uralsky.
"The surface of the walls of the dental office is not resistant to cleaning with wet methods using disinfectants, there is a hole in the wall, tiles are missing in places, and the sanitary-technical equipment does not meet the requirements," the bailiffs' message states.
In addition, reusable medical devices after sterilization were stored "in conditions that do not exclude secondary contamination with microorganisms."
Dental prosthesis blanks and dental impressions were not disinfected before use.
By the court's decision, the organization was found guilty under part 1 of article 6.3 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Russian Federation (Violation of legislation in the field of ensuring sanitary and epidemiological well-being of the population, expressed in violation of existing sanitary rules and hygiene standards, and failure to comply with sanitary-hygienic and anti-epidemic measures).
The activities of the dental office have been suspended. The debtor has been warned of administrative and criminal liability in case of resumption.
