Ural Federal University will start the new academic year on September 1, however, until October 15, students will study in a hybrid format. This was reported by the university's press service.
Students who are in Yekaterinburg will be able to attend classes in person or combine in-person and distance learning. For students from other cities, classes will be held entirely online.
The hybrid format is also provided for first-year students. They will be given personal accounts and instructions on how to connect to distance classes. All questions of interest can be asked by newcomers at meetings with representatives of the institutes.
Missed physical education classes in September will not be counted as absences: instead, methodological practice will be conducted.
