В Екатеринбурге в ближайшие дни начнется демонтаж медиаэкрана на улице Вайнера — это будет первым этапом масштабной реконструкции главной пешеходной улицы города. Об этом сообщает издание 66.RU, ссылаясь на осведомленные источники.
По информации собеседников издания, разбор конструкции начнется уже на этой неделе, несмотря на то что подрядчик для благоустройства улицы пока не выбран. Снос медиаэкрана станет частью реконструкции участка улицы Вайнера от проспекта Ленина до улицы Малышева. Как уточняет источник, знакомый с планом, благоустройство будет осуществляться в два этапа. Первый продлится до середины 2027 года и будет финансироваться из муниципального бюджета. На втором этапе, в 2028 году, к проекту присоединится компания «Золотое яблоко», которая займется развитием территории с учетом своей концепции.
Таким образом, внешний облик улицы может измениться дважды. Предполагается, что в качестве основы возьмут проект, созданный Объединенным консорциумом дизайнеров, архитекторов и урбанистов около пяти лет назад, хотя его, вероятно, доработают. Одной из ключевых задач является подготовка улицы к Международному фестивалю молодежи, который пройдет в сентябре 2026 года.
