Yesterday at 10:10 AM, Yekaterinburg Mayor Alexey Orlov suggested during the live broadcast of the program "Accent" on OTV that students on state-funded places should be required to work for three years according to the distribution system.

According to him, this would help resolve the staffing shortage.
"This measure will help stabilize the situation, especially in remote areas. In the Soviet era, there was a rule: if you received education, funded by the state, and also received a scholarship, you were obliged to work in the field where your skills and abilities are in demand," Orlov noted.
It was previously reported that in the Sverdlovsk region, appointing and dismissing civil servants will be done in a new way.
