A criminal case has been opened against the man who hit a pensioner in the face in Akademichesky.
A man who punched an elderly woman in the face in Akademichesky has been criminally charged.
Today at 15:26, in Yekaterinburg, a criminal case was opened against a man who roughly pushed (actually hit) an elderly woman at a playground in the Akademichesky district. The daughter of the victim, Olga, reported the case to "KP-Yekaterinburg."
According to Olga, their family had not contacted the police. The injured woman went to the hospital and has not yet recovered from the stress experienced. However, the next day, investigators from the Investigative Committee came to their home themselves.
The criminal case was initiated without a complaint from the victim. According to sources from "KP-Yekaterinburg," the case is being investigated under Article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, "Hooliganism."
The video was published by the Telegram channel "Akademichesky News Yekaterinburg 18+."
Meanwhile, the man's wife, Alexandra, who was seemingly nearby, blames the grandmother entirely. According to Alexandra, her son's knees were injured after the woman "took him over her thigh." "He fell onto a bench and then onto the asphalt," says the boy's mother (this is not shown in the video).
It is recalled that a conflict with physical assault between a woman, walking with her 3-year-old grandson, and the father of a 7-year-old boy took place on July 9 in the yard of a house on Akademika Sakharova Street.
The older child, playing around, began hitting the woman with his cap. When she got tired of it, the pensioner tried to pull the cap out of the boy's hands. This did not sit well with his father, who then started "twisting" the woman's hands, trying to take the cap away.
At that moment, his son was between the two adults and fell at some point. This apparently pushed the man over the edge, and he shouted a curse word and pushed the woman in the face, causing her to literally fall back onto the fence net, knocking her grandson off his feet. After that, the child's loud crying could be heard.
