— Given the situation, I ask to take measures and cease pile-driving construction work. Promptly backfill the excavated pit with soil compaction that ensures the stability of the structure and the safety of nearby residents,— quoted the city deputy head Rustam Gallyamov in his appeal to the developer, Ura.Ru.
According to him, this situation poses a safety threat to the existing building and the lives of city residents living there.
Representatives of the developer clarified that monitoring of the building's structural condition is ongoing. There is no safety threat, nor are there issues with the engineering networks from the construction site.
— An expert organization is conducting a comprehensive inspection of the sheet pile fencing. The pile-driving on the site has been suspended until an expert opinion is received and a guarantee that the implemented solutions ensure full safety for residents. The damaged landscaping will be restored,— noted "Atomstroykomplex".
Residents were especially concerned about the deep cracks that appeared in the children's playground.
