Flight EO-3537 of the airline "Ikar" has been delayed to Nha Trang due to technical reasons, reports the Ural Transport Prosecutor's Office on their Telegram channel.

"439 passengers are expected for the flight. Currently, 79 passengers are accommodated in a hotel. Measures are being taken to relocate another 118 people. The remaining passengers have not arrived at the airport. A mobile reception office has been organized at Koltsovo Airport," the transport prosecutors' statement says.
Initially, passengers were seated on the plane, but later they were told to disembark and retrieve their luggage, reports E1.RU.
– There is no hotel accommodation. Out of 400 people, 60 have been settled in hotels, the remaining 340 are sleeping on the floor, on benches, including children, – said one of the passengers to E1.RU.
