In Yekaterinburg a court has arrested a 27-year-old waitress suspected of committing sexual acts against her younger brother.
"At the investigator's request, the court remanded the woman in custody for two months," the publication "KP-Yekaterinburg" reports, citing case materials.
Relatives and the woman's lawyer declined to disclose details. Those in her circle believe that she "acted under duress."
"There was a man who knew her personal data, home address and acquaintances. He began blackmailing her, threatening to expose information that would tarnish her reputation, including among her classmates, if she did not do what he demanded," a relative of the detainee told the publication.
The Investigative Committee for the Sverdlovsk Region declined to comment on the situation.
