A three-year-old was struck in the forehead by a bench at Yekaterinburg’s most famous thermal baths.
In Yekaterinburg, the parents of a 3-year-old boy want to recover 2 million rubles from "Baden-Baden" for an injury their child sustained while visiting the thermal complex at Uktus.
The family had planned to celebrate the mother's birthday at the baths. But the boy was injured before he reached the water — right in the locker room. The bench he sat on tipped over and struck him on the head.
The parents asked the staff to call an ambulance, but "no one called," lawyer Sergey Barsukov told Fourth Channel.
Moreover, according to him, no one apologized to the family. His clients were also refused when they demanded a refund for the visit.
Now the boy's parents are preparing to go to court. The lawyer named the amount of compensation he intends to claim in the lawsuit — 2 million rubles.
