Billionaire and entrepreneur Igor Rybakov, who appears on Forbes' list, has enrolled in the postgraduate program at Ural Federal University (UrFU). According to the enrollment document he published, the businessman will study full-time and on a paid basis in the field of philosophy.
"I'll accept congratulations — I've become a postgraduate student! I plan to write academic articles and prepare to defend my dissertation. This is a new experience for me, but I have big goals. After 2030 I want to obtain a doctoral degree," Rybakov wrote on his Telegram channel.
In April 2025 Forbes included the co-owner of the TechnoNIKOL corporation on the list of Russia's richest people. Rybakov began his career while still in school and later focused on business. He is now actively involved in creative pursuits — he writes music, shoots music videos, and runs a blog.
The title of Miss Yekaterinburg 2025 went to a 19-year-old UrFU student.
