No "Indian summer": another cold and rainy week awaits Sverdlovsk residents
On Sunday, September 7, the Sverdlovsk Region will be covered by an anticyclone. Cloud cover will shift to the Southern Urals, and the region will settle into moderately warm weather with daytime temperatures around +20 °C.
However, this will be the last warm day before a cold spell that will arrive in the region starting Monday and last until the following weekend. This was reported by the author of the Telegram channel "Weather in Yekaterinburg" and a staff member of the Physics and Technology Institute of UrFU, Alexey Pulin.
"Cold air moving along the eastern periphery of the anticyclone will begin to penetrate the region as early as the night of September 8, when the cold front reaches the northern borders of the region," Pulin clarified.
