Thirteen houses will be demolished at Vtorchermet at once.

      An area in Vtorchermet has been added to the Comprehensive Territorial Development (CTD) program in Yekaterinburg. It concerns the territory bounded by Selkorovskaya Street, Musorgsky Street, Gazorezchikov Street, Obkhodnoy Lane and Okruzhnaya Street.

      Two plots have been earmarked for development, with a total area of 28.3 thousand square meters. All buildings within these boundaries will be demolished, leaving only a nine-story building on the corner of Musorgsky and Selkorovskaya.

      The E1.RU portal published the addresses of 13 houses that will soon be demolished:

      Gazorezchikov Street, 45;

      Selkorovskaya Street, 64a;

      Selkorovskaya Street, 66.

      The selected developer will have seven years for demolition and construction. In addition to building new housing, the auction winner will have to prepare the design and estimate documentation for the major renovation of School No. 21 and carry out all the work.

      Earlier it was reported that the RTI stadium in Vtorchermet would be redeveloped with high-rises.
