Staff of the Sverdlovsk branch of Rospotrebnadzor found suppliers of food to the region’s social institutions committing widespread violations. Since the beginning of 2025, inspectors from the supervisory agency have checked 850 social institutions in the region, finding violations in 560 of them. This was reported by the IA Ural Meridian.
Among the violations were the supply of food whose origin cannot be traced in the documents, the absence of information about the exact production date, the extension of expiration dates, and false information on packaging, clarifies KP‑Yekaterinburg.
Following the inspections, Rospotrebnadzor worked to halt the production and distribution of dangerous products.
Earlier it was reported that Rospotrebnadzor had found numerous violations in Chinese shops in Yekaterinburg.
