      Television host Dmitry Dibrov will moderate the plenary session of the XII International Construction Forum and the 100+ TechnoBuild exhibition, Kommersant-Ural reports. The 100+ TechnoBuild events will be held in Yekaterinburg from September 30 to October 3. The plenary session, which Dmitry Dibrov has been invited to moderate, will take place on October 1 in the plenary hall at the Yekaterinburg-EXPO venue. Vera Belous, head of the working group preparing 100+ TechnoBuild, told Kommersant that the event’s format will surprise visitors. The main theme of this year’s event is “Architecture of Victory.” It should be noted that Dmitry Dibrov is currently going through a difficult period — a divorce following his wife Polina Nagradova’s many years of infidelity. However, some experts believe that the vicissitudes of his personal life will only add to Dibrov’s popularity and increase his fees. Last year 100+ TechnoBuild also attracted many well-known figures to Yekaterinburg. It was attended by the head of the Ministry of Digital Development, Maksut Shadaev; blogger and designer Artemy Lebedev; and urbanist and former director of Moscow’s Gorky Central Park of Culture and Leisure, Sergey Kapkov. At the forum he advised Yekaterinburg residents to forget about a second metro line and focus on implementing affordable transport solutions.
