In Krasnoufimsk on the morning of 22 September a 70-year-old Candidate of Economic Sciences, Evgeny Yashin, was brutally stabbed to death in the street.

"An unknown person attacked the man in the morning. He sprang at him from behind with a knife, the elderly man could not fight back, he was slashed to pieces," a source told Ura.Ru.
According to preliminary information, law enforcement officers detained the attacker. He may be a local resident with multiple prior convictions.
According to E1.RU, the funeral will take place on 24 September.
No official comments have been received from law enforcement.
Earlier, on a Sverdlovsk highway, a driver with a Wagner PMC tattoo opened fire.
