All were residents of Talitsa and were traveling to the village of Kazakovskoye. The child was being transported in a child car seat. The tractor was being driven by a resident of Tugulym. He was sober at the time of the accident. He told traffic police officers that the tractor made an involuntary lurch into the oncoming lane. This will be determined during the investigation. The Talitsa District Prosecutor’s Office has taken the incident under its supervision.
