Residents of Yekaterinburg noticed a concrete structure long standing along Aldanskaya Street at the Reinforced Concrete Products Plant (ZHB) being demolished. The trestle remained from an old factory, on the site of which construction has begun.
According to the portal E1.RU, not only the concrete trestle but also the fence along the street were removed. The cables that ran along the trestle were placed underground. Builders from the LSR Group are already working on the site as part of the landscaping for the new houses.
The developer’s press service showed E1.RU what the improved courtyard will look like.
“For the little ones they will install seesaws in the shape of paragliders and helicopters; for adults — sun canopies with benches, sun loungers and sofas. In addition, lilacs, ash trees, willows and other shrubs and trees will be planted here,” the press service noted.
Construction is due to be completed by 2030.
Earlier, the demolition of the “Dirigible” in Yekaterinburg was postponed.
