      Residents of hundreds of apartment buildings in Yekaterinburg will begin to receive more bills. Due to debts owed by the management companies "Narodnaya" and "Lazurit," the municipal enterprise MUP "Vodokanal" will switch to direct contracts with apartment owners from November 1, 2025.
