At Botanika a group of aggressive teenagers attacked a pensioner after he reprimanded them for smoking and using obscene language. One of the participants filmed the beating and posted the clip on his Telegram channel. The recording was later deleted, but it had already come into the possession of the Investigative Committee.
The footage shows two young men attacking the man from behind, grabbing him by the hood and knocking him to the ground. After that the teenagers begin beating the pensioner with their feet. Another schoolboy joins them, continuing the assault. It all took place right at a bus stop — people passed by, but no one intervened or tried to help the victim.
After the video spread on social media, investigators in the Sverdlovsk Region opened a criminal case on charges of hooliganism.
