Sverdlovsk residents are in for anomalously warm weather.
A warm air mass is approaching Sverdlovsk Oblast. Under the influence of an anticyclone, cloudiness will decrease and daytime temperatures will rise to +10 °C. This was reported by Alexey Pulin, the author of the Telegram channel "Weather in Yekaterinburg" and a staff member of the Physico-Technical Institute of the Ural Federal University (UrFU).
According to him, the warm weather will continue on Monday. However, the night of October 27, due to the formation of a near-surface inversion under anticyclonic conditions, will be predominantly below 0 °C.
In Yekaterinburg on October 26 variable cloudiness is expected with no precipitation. Winds will be southerly and southwesterly at 2–7 m/s. Night temperatures will be +2 to +4 °C, and by day the air will warm to +8 to +10 °C.
According to the forecast, it will cool down in the region closer to the weekend.
