Poisoned bait for dogs was scattered in Elmash near the Izumrudny Bor residential complex. This was reported by the "Incident Yekaterinburg" public page on VKontakte.

Locals said that it was done by one of the residents of the residential complex.
"Pets were harmed, at least three, maybe more. They are in serious condition," a Yekaterinburg resident told the public page.
Some owners of the affected dogs have already contacted the police.
Earlier in Akademichesky a puppy ate poison near a house and died.
