      The criminal case is being investigated under the charge of “Hooliganism” (part 2 of Article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). According to the investigation, in the second half of October 2025 several teenagers, while near the “Samotsvetny Boulevard” bus stop complex by the shopping center at 1 Akademika Shvarts Street, beat a man for no reason.

      During the preliminary investigation there is a need to establish the identity of the man who suffered from the actions of the aforementioned minors.
