      The press service of the GIBDD for the Sverdlovsk Region said that vehicle owners are being advised to come for vehicle registration on other days or to go to other branches.

      “We will provide additional notice when normal operations resume,” the city traffic police told the E1.RU portal.

      Earlier, rescuers warned Sverdlovsk residents about icy conditions.
