In Yekaterinburg, 22-year-old storekeeper Anton was arrested on charges of sexually abusing his younger sister. According to the publication "KP‑Yekaterinburg," on October 31 the victim fell ill during classes at school. An ambulance was called for the girl; the 14‑year‑old was diagnosed with psychological problems.
The girl told a doctor that from 2017 to 2023 she had been subjected to abuse by her older brother.
