A criminal case has been opened after dogs attacked a schoolgirl in Sverdlovsk.
The head of the Investigative Committee, Alexander Bastrykin, has ordered a report on the progress of the criminal investigation under the charge of negligence into the attack by a pack of stray dogs on a girl in Nizhny Tagil.
