A criminal case has been opened after dogs attacked a schoolgirl in Sverdlovsk.
The head of the Investigative Committee, Alexander Bastrykin, has ordered a report on the progress of the criminal investigation under the charge of negligence into the attack by a pack of stray dogs on a girl in Nizhny Tagil.

Recall that the dogs attacked the girl on the morning of November 7 in Nizhny Tagil near building No. 31 on Vysokogorskaya Street. The child was rescued thanks to the intervention of a passerby. The victim’s mother says that the dogs had attacked children before.
