On November 12, mobile internet was not working for some users in Yekaterinburg. For example, MTS customers could load only VKontakte, Yandex Music and MTS’s own services. Neither Telegram nor any other websites were loading at all.
There is no internet in the city center, as well as in VIZ.
Messages about possible outages were sent to MTS subscribers. A screenshot of such a message was published by the portal 66.RU.
But SMS messages, apparently, are not reaching everyone yet.
