A fake document about a new tax was published in Sverdlovsk Oblast.
The Telegram channel “Antiterror Ural” reports that a forged document about a new tax on real estate is being circulated in the Sverdlovsk region.
“Do not spread unreliable information in messaging apps and on social media. Remember: criminal and administrative liability has been established for disseminating fakes,” writes Antiterror Ural.
Where and by whom the fake is being circulated is not specified; attached to the post is a document claiming to be a resolution of the Sverdlovsk government dated November 12, 2025, signed by Governor Denis Pasler. The fake document concerns the setting of the tax rate on citizens’ real estate for 2026. Allegedly the tax would be 10% of the cadastral value.
Earlier it was reported that residents of Sverdlovsk were alarmed by a fake mobilization announcement.
