A well-known Yekaterinburg motorist suddenly died on the highway.
On the way to Bashkiria, 26-year-old Yekaterinburg resident Yegor Mityukov, a well-known member of the regional car movement "If it isn't lowered, it isn't a car" (BPAN), unexpectedly died.
The man died on November 5. It all happened while he was transporting cargo to Bashkiria.
"The death was instantaneous. At first there was a version that Yegor had suffocated on gas in a garage. But that's not the case. He was found dead in the cab of a Gazelle, his body was taken to Yekaterinburg," a source told Ura.Ru.
Yegor was buried on November 9. The exact cause of death is still being determined. His family believes that Mityukov may have died of cardiac arrest. Yegor had been a member of BPAN since 2018.
"He was a prize-winner at our events on a static suspension with a VAZ-2112. Yegor loved tinkering with cars. He devoted his whole life to it. Before doing cargo transport he worked in auto repair shops," added another agency insider.
Earlier we reported how another driver of a foreign-made car in Sverdlovsk Oblast ran off into a ditch and died at the scene.
