"The children miss her very much." How others speak about the caregiver who made a child lick soap to stop him from using filthy swear words

November 18, 2025 — The story about a bar of soap that the kindergarten teacher Tatyana Klimovets allegedly shoved into the mouth of a 6‑year‑old pupil at Kindergarten No. 81 in Yekaterinburg took an unexpected turn. Other parents from the group have come to Tatyana Pavlovna’s defense. One mother even recorded on video the "testimony" of her little daughter, contradicting claims that soap was forced into the child’s mouth.

In the video, a classmate of the boy Prokhor, who was punished for saying a bad word, told her mother on camera (the recording is in Uralweb’s possession) that after the child swore, Tatyana Pavlovna took the boy to the bathroom and made him lick the soap, then rinse his mouth with water, after which she repeated the disciplinary measure. This happened the Friday before last. After that, the boy did not appear at the kindergarten for a week.

In a letter sent to the Uralweb editorial office, the girl’s mother, Anastasia, said that teacher Tatyana Pavlovna Klimovets had previously tried to curb Prokhor’s swearing.

“When the teacher made remarks, Prokhor’s mother did not react. On another occasion Prokhor said bad words in the group, and the teacher said, ‘Go wash your mouth with soap.’ Prokhor himself went to the sink and touched the soap with the tip of his tongue, then immediately rinsed his mouth with water. Prokhor did not wail or scream; this is confirmed by the words of our children who were in the group that day,” Anastasia said.

That same day the teacher phoned Prokhor’s mother and apologized, but, Anastasia claims, “that was not enough for the mother, because she has had complaints about Tatyana Pavlovna since 2023.” After the mother’s complaints, Tatyana Pavlovna needed time to recover emotionally, the girl’s mother noted.

The family also had conflicts with other teachers, she says. Last year the boy attended a different group, but after problems with teachers arose there as well, Prokhor returned to Tatyana Pavlovna this September.

After the Friday incident, the parents of the other children worry that Tatyana Klimovets will not return to their children’s group. “At the moment we have a different teacher, Prokhor is attending our group, the children miss Tatyana Pavlovna very much,” the letter says.

“She is very popular with the whole group of 20 children, we love her with all our hearts, she is an excellent and experienced teacher, the children adore her. We (the parents of the other children) have tried in every way to resolve this conflict, we have six months left until graduation, but Prokhor’s mother is focused solely on having our beloved teacher Tatyana Pavlovna fired,” Anastasia confirmed.

“We (the parents of the other children) ask that our teacher Klimovets Tatyana Pavlovna be returned, and that Prokhor be transferred to another kindergarten, as the boy has a bad influence on our children!”

Recall that the boy’s mother earlier told the EAN agency about the incident. According to her version, the teacher forcibly shoved a piece of soap into her child’s mouth while he was crying and screaming, the parent claims. She has already filed a police report against the teacher and is demanding that she be punished and dismissed.
