The area of one shelter is 178 square meters. Its starting price is 2.89 million rubles. The area of the second facility is 95 square meters. Its starting price is 1.84 million. The bomb shelters are equipped with lighting, necessary utilities, and bunks. Applications to participate in the auction are accepted until December 16; the auctions will be held on December 19.
Last year the city hall allocated two plots with bomb shelters for comprehensive territorial development projects. Investors agreed to remove the shelters, the EAN news outlet reports.
Earlier the authorities proposed that residents of the Akademichesky district pay for the bomb shelters, but Yekaterinburg residents did not appreciate the proposal.
