A man from Yekaterinburg had a seizure, fell, and sustained a head injury in the courthouse.
In Yekaterinburg a man fell into convulsions and then injured his head in the building of the district courts at 2B Malysheva Street. He was assisted by court bailiffs who had spotted the injured man on surveillance cameras. This was reported by the press service of the Main Directorate of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia for the Sverdlovsk Region.
The court bailiffs responsible for maintaining courtroom order, Nikolai Kuznetsov and Maxim Vorobyov, provided the injured man with first aid: they placed him in the recovery position on his side, stabilized his head, ensured nothing was obstructing his breathing, and applied a bandage, the bailiffs said.
An ambulance was then called for the man, and his condition was monitored until the medics arrived. The Yekaterinburg resident was hospitalized.
Earlier in Tyumen a man was struck by a train and survived.
