      On Tuesday, December 2, on the 200th anniversary of the official date of the death of Emperor Alexander I, a presentation of Boris Korchevnikov’s documentary film about the holy Siberian elder Fyodor of Tomsk took place in Yekaterinburg. The premiere was presented to Yekaterinburg audiences by the general director of the Spas TV channel himself, the Church on the Blood’s Telegram channel reports.

      On the day of the film screening, December 2, a moleben (prayer service) was served in the church to the holy righteous Fyodor of Tomsk and to the Holy Royal Passion‑Bearers. The moleben, which was performed by Archpriest Maksim Minyaylo, was attended by Boris Korchevnikov.

      This was followed by a solemn laying of flowers at the monument to His Majesty Emperor Alexander I, which was unveiled a year ago.

      Admission to the premiere of the film "Saint Fyodor of Tomsk. The Mystery of the Siberian Elder" itself and to the meeting with its author Boris Korchevnikov, held at the cultural and educational center on Tsarskaya, 10, was by invitation only. In the premiere’s poster the elder’s story is called "The Main Mystery of Our History."
