      Residents of the Urals to receive debt bills for garbage removal from “Energosbyt Plus” in January

      27 December 2025 — In the Sverdlovsk Region, residents of 21 municipalities will receive in January from JSC "Energosbyt Plus" bills containing the service "Debt for handling MSW (municipal solid waste)". This was reported by the press service of JSC "Energosbyt Plus".

      Debt bills will be received by residents who, until 1 November, had a direct contract for removal of solid municipal waste (MSW) with JSC "Spetsavtobaza" and who did not fully pay for that service. The corresponding agency agreement was signed between a branch of JSC "Energosbyt Plus" and JSC "Spetsavtobaza".

      The first bills including the debt item will arrive to residents in early January 2026. In the line "Debt for handling MSW," customers will see the outstanding balance owed to JSC "Spetsavtobaza", formed as of 1 December 2025.

      Payments from customers received from 1 to 29 December 2025 inclusive will be taken into account when issuing the statement for December. Payments received on 30 and 31 December will be reflected in the January 2026 bill.

      The changes will affect residents of the following municipal districts: Achitsky, Artinsky, Bisertsky, Revda, Degtyarsk, Krasnoufimsky, Shalinsky, Staroutkinsk, Pervouralsk, Verkhny Tagil, Kirovgradsky, Polevskoy, as well as Nizhneserginskoye urban settlement, the urban districts of Krasnoufimsk, Verkh-Neyvinsky, Novouralsky; the urban settlements of Atig, Verkhnie Sergi, Druzhininskoye, Mikhaylovskoye, and the rural settlement of Klenovskoye.
