The head of Yekaterinburg, Alexey Orlov, met with an 11-year-old boy who reached out to the program "Year in Review with Vladimir Putin." The boy asked the head of state to make the Pushkin Card, which allows young people to attend cultural events for free, available to children from the age of 11. Currently the card can be used from the age of 14.
"I decided to meet the boy and encourage his curiosity. I gave him an unlimited pass to the IZO Museum, tickets to New Year's performances at the TYuZ and the Nutcracker Ballet Theatre. For the family I gave admission tickets to the Yekaterinburg Zoo," Orlov wrote on his Telegram channel.
