Main", this is not a decision of the city authorities; it is the policy of the National Payment Card System (NSPK).
"NSPK ran an advertising campaign for which it paid 9 rubles for each trip. There may be another campaign, but it is not yet known," the Telegram channel writes.
Sverdlovsk residents were reminded about travel passes that allow them to save money. Also, minors can ride in the city for free.
