In Yekaterinburg, at 37 Vilonova, court bailiffs closed the café "Sofia" due to violations of sanitary requirements. Because of the cleaning and cooking methods, people could easily get food poisoning there. "The individual entrepreneur was found guilty of committing an administrative offense under Article 6.6 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation. The court suspended the provision of public catering services, including the preparation of food and beverages, their storage and sale to the public, for a period of 30 days," the agency clarified.
The café's doors and equipment have been sealed. Earlier it was reported that bailiffs of the Ordzhonikidzevsky District division of the Main Directorate of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia for the Sverdlovsk Region closed the canteen at 20 Sovkhoznaya for 60 days.
