Overnight, 17 apartment buildings in the southern part of the city were left without heat. By this morning, heat still had not been restored in four buildings.
"It was about +16°C in the apartment in the morning. Usually it's 21–22 degrees. The radiators themselves are cold," a resident of one of the homes still without heating told the EAN news outlet.
According to the mayor, a leak has been found and is already being fixed.
